The Complete Star Wars Saga (Abridged) at Tampa Fringe!

It's been some time since I was in the theatre scene, at least the production side! But this month I had the amazing experience of directing, producing and co-writing The Complete Star Wars Saga (Abridged) which had it's galactic premiere at the first Tampa Fringe Festival! It renewed my love of theatre and comedy!

I've been a Star Wars fan since I was nine and my father forced me to watch A New Hope. I didn't like the idea of science fiction or "old movies" at the time, but of course within ten minutes I was hooked and started my life-long love the franchise. Add that to my favorite play being The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged and you have this play.

I seriously don't know how I got so lucky with this cast of Molly Healy, Betty Jane Parks and Sarah Pullman-Atanacio. These women are hilarious and love Star Wars just as much as me (which I didn't think was possible). Opening night Thursday, I was close to tears as I heard the audience laughing at the jokes and cheering at the end.

So excited to announce we will be performing at Tampa Comic Con, Saturday July 29, 2017!
